4a. This pattern looks to me like HEARTS on their sides, with FLOWERS. The design is formed by polished voids on a band of vertical fluting. A row of beads tops a flared, smooth edge. Marked on the fancy cartouche with the size, "11", and inside the top with the SIMONS Trade Mark and "STERLING SILVER". Not shown in any thimble books since the Rath book in 1979, where it is center left on page 74. Condition is excellent, in round, without holes, dents, or creases. PLEASE STUDY THE PICTURES FOR CONDITION.
