30P. The hotel-motel was built in 1930, on the Canadian Isle aux Coudres. It owes its name, which translates to, "THE WHINING ROCK", to an unusual spring which, over the years, has acquired a legendary status. The Roche Pleureuse, which has a panoramic view of the ST. LAWRENCE, is part of the Canadian Isle aux Coudres heritage. The setting recalls the old ways and customs with yesteryear parties, Canadian evenings and folk dancing. Perfect condition. See my pictures which have been enlarged to show detail. From an estate. QUANTITY AVAILABLE = 1. $3 + shipping $2 USA. Insurance optional.
